Macaroons is a French sandwich cookie, is an iconic bite-sized treat that's crispy on the outside. 

Ingredients

1 cup/96 grams ground almonds ( almond flour )

2/3 cup/133 grams powdered sugar

2 medium egg whites, at room temperature

Small pinch salt.
